Daily Bread 11-27-18

Matthew 6:11

Give us this day our daily bread.

ref. - Pr 30:8 - Remove far from me vanity and lies: give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me.

This is what each of us needs. Our individual portion of what God has for us each day. Not prayers of vanity but prayers of necessity. We need things from God that will purify us and make us fit for the kingdom. We also need to have things taken from us that are not profitable. We need not abundance like the world teaches but we need just the right portion. This portion to be determined by the one who created us. We will find that if we take our own part and not look upon the portions meant for others that we will be balanced and peace will come into our lives. So let us ask of God no more and no less than his will to be done in our lives. For him to give us just what we need to make it through this life on the right side of his will. He knows what we need each day and, if we pray in the manner that we were taught by his son, Jesus Christ, he will supply us with all our needs. Have a great day!!!
