Daily Bread 10-14-17

Ephesians 2:14,15

14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

ref. - Col 1:22 - In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight.

2Co 5:17 - Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

This is good news to a people who were bound to fail in god's ways. He sent his Son to show us the way, and to become a gateway to the will of God for a people who did not know God. He came in the form of a man but became subject do death and was resurrected to show that there was a way for us to receive the glory of God. More importantly he showed us the things that were of utmost importance as we walk this earth. He replaced some things with other that was spiritual other than carnal. He showed us that we could be forgiven and redeemed in whatever circumstance we faced. And he also showed us a way to keep this redemption and forgiveness if we allow him to transform us into spiritual people rather than carnal. In Jesus Christ it is true that all things are possible as he proved all things to us that pertained to this life on earth. If we want the answers to our questions and our problems, they are contained in nothing more or less than the life of Christ. It is all written down for our education and our performance, al we have to do is read it, retain it, and believe it. If we believe it then our actions will fall in parallel to his teachings and we, too, will find that the wall that once stood before us has been broken down in Jesus Christ! In Jesus Christ we have become new, and this is promised to us each day when we call on him and follow his lead!! So, let's follow children!!!! Have a great day!!!
