James 1:17

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

ref. - Nu 23:19 - God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

Throughout the times after, and while, Christ was walking the earth, a message was being preached. A spiritual message that would lead all who would follow to a different realm in their own selves. It was, and is, a message of true change from a spiritual conversion rather than just a decision or a stand made to do this or do that. The gifts that come from the Spiritual realm are not achievable through any other means than God. Love, peace, long-suffering, meekness, temperance......etc. If we want to have these things in our hearts and in our lives in a permanent way, they will only come from a conversion of our souls in Christ Jesus. We may see how others act when at peace or in love and try to act it out but in the end our true inner self will come out. This is why we must press into this message and this way that has been preached since Christ walked the earth. You see, our God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, the word of God, will never change. His direction and guidance will never be altered nor will any of these things direct us in an untrue or deceitful manner. If God says he will do it in us, we must allow it done. The only power or gift that we have before Christ enters our hearts is free will. It can either end in a blessing or a curse depending on the direction that we go. But this message and this Gospel tell us that there is only one way to go and one way to get there. Jesus Christ. So, if we want good things to come our way, good things in our lives, if we even have a desire to be good people(which deep inside everyone has), we must go to the source of all good things. God is good, God is love, God is truth, God is prosperity, God is all good things and he is willing to share them with us if we will become disciples, and follow his Son.
