Daily Bread 12-8-16

1 John 2:18

Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

ref. - Heb 1:2 - Hath in these last days spoken to us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom he also made the worlds;

2 Thes 2:3 - Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

Matt 24:5 - For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

The writing is on the wall Brothers. It is plain to see and simple to understand that we are not in the beginning or in the middle, but we are nearing the end. The signs are all around us. Not only are the leaders of the world trying to replace Christ in everything, but other signs are clearly evident as well. None quite as important though as the revelation of the antichrist. The word and its carnal people will not acknowledge it but as Christians we must. Men have tried taking over the seat of Christ. There are many today, as this word is written, claiming that they are the great messiah come again. Problem is, when he does come again, the word of God says that we are not going to need anyone to tell us, it will be clear as far as the east is from the west. The deception has started and even many of those buildings with steeples on them and big crosses on the wall are leading people away from Christ. They are teaching science instead of Gospel and all the while hanging Christ on the cross again. They have scientific titles for it and say that they are trying to prove without a shadow of a doubt, scientifically that certain things in the Bible are true. In this there is one question; what then is faith? If we need to be convinced through science that Christ is real isn't then the miracles and faith being replaced by science. My children, mark them which cause this division and avoid them as they are antichrist. If one does not trust that God has the power to draw us to his Son supernaturally and unexplainably to science and man then what good was that terrible day on the hill when Christ died on that cross? You see, we need more people of faith and less antichrist. We need to see that antichrist is all around us and we need to be the light carrying the sword and wielding the armor that God gives us and not man. We need to delve out of the natural world and into the world of the Spirit of God and then we will be prepared for the end that is coming. Our bodies? our possessions? None will go with us, they will all be destroyed by fire. All that will remain is our soul, our Spirit, and that is what will be drawn up without harm. Only in Christ and through the Holy Ghost can we ever be prepared for this end that is coming. To anyone with common sense we tell you this, if the tank is reading empty and the engine is starting to sputter, it does not matter what anyone tells you, or what scientific explanation they give you, the car is going to run out of gas. So why do we go around saying we want to get ready to see the end but we do not get ready ? We are going about trying to finish all these things in the world and impress those in the world and we don't have faith enough to believe the word of God and it's revelation of the end. Even trying to get everyone else ready but we are not prepared ourselves. It is time to realize and seriously prepare our souls for the journey that is coming. No time is too soon to serve God with all your heart, and all your mind, and all your soul! We are surrounded with things and people trying to get our focus off of Christ. We must focus and be single minded and finish our race knowing that we have done all to stand for the one who died for us!!! Have a great day!!!!
