2 Corinthians 7:13

13 Therefore we were comforted in your comfort: yea, and exceedingly the more joyed we for the joy of Titus, because his spirit was refreshed by you all.

ref. - Romans 15:32 -That I may come unto you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed.

As we travel down this pathway that we call salvation we have many people put in our path to lead us. These leaders, if they are true leaders, want nothing more than to see us flourishing Spiritually. In this scripture Paul was extremely happy not only to hear that the Corinthians were doing well, but that Titus, one of his men, was also very encouraged and on fire! If we look at this example it covers what we need in the Church today for all to receive blessing. You see, some men, such as Paul, did not receive their blessings from God when they got something for themselves. They received blessing when they saw the ones that they had been put in front of receiving gifts from God. As we evolve in to a closer relationship with God our focus should turn to loving others and seeing them get their help. It will be then that we will also know that joy that Paul was feeling. Let those who are standing in front of us be refreshed and joyful in the progress that we are making in the Lord! If we can only achieve this through prayer and getting to know our savior it will be then that we, too, by the progress of others, will live a life filled with Spiritual joy and taste of that Spirit that God sent down here just for us!!!
