Mark 8:38
38 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
ref. - Matt 10:33 - But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also confess before my Father which is in heaven.
Luke 9:26 - For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels.
Luke 12:9 - But he that denotes me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.
We say we live for Him? Let us live for Him! We say we have given our lives to Him? Let us give our lives to Him! The time to be confused and filled with debate has gone. We are no longer ignorant of God's purpose in our lives. We, if we are who we say we are, must now continue boldly, nothing stopping us or slowing us down, striving to comply and becoming obedient to the teachings of Christ. Many will tell you look here for the answers or look there. Pay no attention for all of our answers lie in Jesus Christ. Do we have great examples of faith living or dead? Sure we do. But let us focus our attention and our devotion on Jesus Christ and His words. In the end Christ is who will have the power to let us continue on with him or to cast us into hell so it is very important to pay attention to and obey his words. This is not a subject that is open for debate if we want to please God. If we neglect his words or deny his teachings we are headed down a pathway that many go down. This is a broad road that leads to death and destruction. But let us not go down that road filled with so many different ideas and doctrines of devils. Let us follow a road that is only one person wide, single file if you will, behind the one who died for us, Jesus Christ. You see, when you have million different leaders and ideas it takes a broad road for them all to walk side by side thinking that their own opinions and heresies are equally important or more important to all others. But when there is only one in the lead, the line will be defined, it will be narrow, and it will go straight to heaven. So, let us not deny Jesus Christ or his Words. Let us let them have full effect in our lives and then we will see the true light of God shining through us and all around us! Have a great day!!!
