Matthew 6:11

Give us this day our daily bread

ref. - Pr 30:8 - Remove far from me vanity and lies: Give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me.

Each of us needs to pray each day that God will give us our individual portion. Whether it be bad or good, soft or hard, we need to eat something spiritual each day and we also need our daily instruction. As a body cannot live without food, neither can the soul live without Spiritual food. So, even though the food given may not taste good or it may be the best we have ever tasted, if it comes from God it will be very beneficial to the growth and prosperity of our Spiritual lives. Once again, it is about giving him control to have his way with our souls and the rest will follow. Seek for your portion today. And.......... Have a great day!!!
