Daily Bread 5-29-17

Revelation 14:6-13

6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people.

7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth,and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, saying, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

10 The same shall drink the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.

Ps 95:1-6 - O come , let us sing unto the Lord: let us make a joyful noise to the the rock of our salvation. Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms. For the Lord is a great God, and a great king above all gods. In his hand are the deep places of the earth: the strength of the hills is his also. The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land. O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker.

Ac 14:15 - And saying, Sirs, why do ye these things? We also are men of like passions with you, and preach unto you that ye should turn from these vanities unto the living God, which made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are therein:

Rev 16:19 - And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came into remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

Rev 17:5 - And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

Ps 75:8 - For in the hand of the Lord there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.

Isa 34:10 - It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up forever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever.

Rev 13:10 - He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

Rev 12:17 - And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Ec 4:1,2 - So I returned, and considered all the oppressions that are done under the sun: and behold the tears of such as were oppressed, nd they had no comforter; and on the side of their oppressors there was power, but they had no comforter. Wherefore I praise the dead which are already dead more than the living which are yet alive.

1Th 4:16 - For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

Heb 4:9 - There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.

Rev 6:11 - And white robes were given to every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

Be careful little children which wine you drink. You can drink the sweet blended wine of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Or you can drink the unmixed wine of the wrath of God. There will be no in between, nor will there me any time to switch drinks when judgment comes your way. You can either follow the ways and the gospel that God has given us, or you can follow the princes of the world and their ways and spend eternity in lake of fire. But this decision will not only effect you, it will effect generations to come after you are long gone. If this scripture does not put fear in your heart today, it is highly recommended that you check your own salvation and see what side of the line you are on. It is not too late, as long as you have breathe in your lungs, to turn around from the ways of the world and it's princes, and follow the everlasting gospel that you have been called to. The enemy will torment all who he can but only those who will follow Christ will have the power to fend off his attacks. This is a lot of scripture to swallow today so it is highly encouraged that you get your Bible out and read the scripture and the references in the order that they are given. And, for heavens sake, pray with all that you have to understand what has been given to you for Daily Bread today. There is a good side to this scripture, and an everlasting bad side, which one are you on and which one do you wish to be on? Only those who follow Jesus Christ will find the narrow pathway that we have been given to receive one of these white robes and this rest that we have been promised. And as long as we stay on that path, we will find eternal life in paradise! As for me and my house we shall serve the Lord!!! Won't you join those who choose not to oppose, but rather cling to this wonderful gospel and this wonderful Church? You have a decision to make. Pray about it, and let God lead you. If it is leading you toward Christ, it is of God. If it is leading you toward the world, you are already gone. Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. All that is of the world leads to destruction and death. Which path are you on? Have a great day!!
